The Fulton County Antique Auto Club is celebrating their 60th Anniversary. Celebrate July 4th with the club at an antique/classic car show with cars dating back to the early 19o0s to 2018 modern muscle cars with a total of 9 show classes including a special Corvette class. Due to the airport location, vintage airplanes are invited to join the festivities. A military themed parade and car parade will take place. Spectators that wish to view the parades: you must be at the airport between 8:30am and 10am. Block party with music, food, craft vendors. This is an alcohol free event, no coolers permitted. Rain or shine.

The Caroga Historical Museum offers a workshop from 10 am to 3 pm: Scherenscnitte (Scissor Cutting) with Deby Test. The registration fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Meet the Artist Reception July Reception at the SVAN (Sacandaga Valley Arts Network” Gift Shop and Gallery in Northville, NY. SVAN artists present their artistic works in this spacious and comfortable new gallery location at 303 South Main Street in Northville, NY. Artwork for this reception features the summer growing season with artwork that includes concepts of plants, flowers, fruits, growing, etc. Light refreshments will be served. Open to all, and free admission. Our Gift Shop & Gallery is open, regularly, on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In addition, Mike Kratky, wood turner, often extends Friday’s hours to include 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
