THE EVENT is an ever-changing extraordinary gala to benefit Nathan Littauer Hospital. Each year The Nathan Littauer Foundation chooses a theme and creates an experience to remember. This year, we are hosting a Mardi Gras party with entertainment by Washington, DC area musicians “Cutting Edge Dueling Pianos.” If you have ever seen a dueling pianos show, then you know how much fun this will be! Sing along, dance, enjoy music for all generations, play games, and more. Experience this first of its kind entertainment in Fulton County. Do not miss The EVENT, as this years’ gala will be sure to please. Guests usually choose to attend The EVENT in cocktail attire, evening wear, or costume.

This year’s Southern Adirondack Wine & Food Festival is the kickoff event to Gloversville’s monthly Twilight Market so we have an expanded vendor list that includes New York wines, regional distilleries, and breweries in addition to artisan foods and local artists. We shut down Main Street from Fulton to Fremont so come listen to music, bring a friend, and enjoy delicious and varied NY products.

Under 21 or don’t want to drink alcohol? We’re now offering two types of tickets. IDs will be checked at door and wristbands and tasting glasses will be provided to those over 21.

4th Annual Motorcycle Run & Barbeque!!!

Join us again for a ride around the Great Sacandaga Lake. The Run will begin at the Adirondack Harley Davidson Store located at 106 Bellen Road (off Rt 29) in Broadalbin New York and will end at The Bridgewalk at the Perthsire with a barbeque

Registration begins at 10 a.m. at Adirondack Harley Davidson if you have not signed up online.

Proceeds will benefit the NYS Children’s Foundation and the Crisis Prevention Center located at the Rao Center 100 Church Street in Amsterdam. The Crisis Center aids and assists children and families who are affected by abuse and/or neglect or if their family suffers a life crisis or tragedy such as a fire.

The 5K Triple Crown is a series of three 5K races, all set on the weekends of the Triple Crown horse racing series. We are proud to announce this year that the popular JOHNSON JOG will be the second leg of the series! Those who enter all three races receive an additional special tee shirt for 4 shirts total, and the chance to win cash prizes. Also, everyone who enters is placed into a drawing for some great prizes, including gift certificates, running gear and more.

Proceeds from the 5K Triple Crown are split between the respective charitable organizations, to help them continue their good work in the area.

If you cannot attend all three races, you are welcome to register for any of the races individually.

Annual Golf Tournament held at Hales Mills Country Club. Open to the public the event is a fun day of golf, food, prizes and friends raising money for the Lexington Foundation. The proceeds of this year’s event will benefit the operation of the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts located in the town of Mayfield. The Nigra Art Center is open to the public and offers classes, events, programs, concerts and more to people of all abilities. The tournament begins at noon and ends with a dinner at the Hales Mills with prizes and awards.
