Located in the Adirondack State Park, Caroga Lake and the 29A Chain of Lakes is a beautiful spot to visit year round. Winter is no exception and there are exciting unique events happening this year. Following the successful Polar Plunge on New Year’s Day is another Caroga Winter Carnival Weekend. The February 17th event features music, games, and Outhouse Races in front of Sherman’s, 104 East Shore Road. Flush Time is at 11:30am. The distance of the race is 500 yards or less.
