The sixth annual Evening of Good Taste will take place from 6-9 p.m. October 7th at the Johnstown Moose Family Center, 109 Comrie Avenue. The Event, organized by the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County, will offer samples of pasta and wine from local restaurants, liquor stores and corporate sponsors. Restaurants taking part in this year’s event include: Primo’s Pizza, Johnstown Moose Family Center, Partner’s Pub, Union Hall Inn, Vince’s Pizza & Pasta, Wine & Roses,Travers Family Restaurant, Romana’s, and Winner’s Circle. Wine samples will be provided by Spirits of the Adirondack, Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot, K2 Liquor, Northville Liquor Store, The Wine Barrel, DeMi’s Wines & Liquors, Steet Toyota, Treiber Nissan, East Fulton Wine & Liquor, Main Motorcar, and Brown’s Ford. A selection of desserts is being provided by Cake & Chocolate Creations, Gloversville Price Chopper, Rauch’s Bakery, Gloversville Hannaford Bakery, The Bakery on Main and Vintage Cafe. Coffee provided by Capital City Coffee Roasters. There will be a display of over 30 gift baskets to be raffled. Music for the event is being provided by Brass and Ivory. Advanced tickets may be purchased at Mohawk Harvest Co-op in Gloversville and Vintage Cafe in Johnstown. Advanced tickets cost $20 or $25 at the door. For More information call 518-843-3994.
