The annual ITPA Best Friends Dog walk will be held in the park by Bear Muffler in Johnstown. Registration is at 4pm. The cost is $5 per dog. All proceeds will be donated to the Ayres Animal Shelter. Ayres will have “fur”ever friends with them looking for a permanent home. There will be water, potty bags and raffles for all paid registrations.
The dog walk consists of a nice stroll down the Rail Trail at your furry friends pace. Then back to the park for prizes and other treats.
There will also be a first, second and third place prize given to the dogs with the best Halloween Costume after their stroll. As well as free nail clipping and other surprises.
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. All dogs need to be socialized and good around other dogs, children and adults.
We look forward to seeing you on October 14. Rain date will be October 21.
