For the love of chocolate!!!! We will be offering a hands-on class on how to make elegant, mouth-watering chocolates. Tasting is learning, and we will be making and sampling dark, milk, and white chocolate delights. I will be demonstrating the different techniques and ingredients some right in your very own kitchen. You will experience hands-on truffle making, using molds and go home confident to start making your own chocolates. I ask that everyone bring a box or plastic ware to put there chocolates in for the trip home. You must pre-register for this workshop we are excepting pre-payment of $25.00 up till Jan. 31st. This class is limited to 10 persons.
