Nothing says, “you’re special” like homemade chocolates. Learn how to make a variety of chocolate truffles, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Give them away or treat yourself! Kathy Simone will guide you through this beginner’s class, teaching you the basics of making truffles, adding flavor and how to use molds. You will also learn how to decorate them.
