In this hands-on class, rather than simply tasting these versatile pastries, you can create your own! Learn how to make a traditional savory crêpe with homemade ricotta cheese and fire roasted tomatoes, then graduate to the sweet side of things with a classic crêpe topped with sweet roasted plums.
