Take a free tour of area sugarhouses March 19, 20, 26 and 27, and April 2-3. Experience first-hand the sights, smells and sounds of maple syrup making. 22 Sugarhouses are participating throughout the six-county region. Most sugarhouses will offer samples and demonstrations. Many of the locations will be serving pancakes breakfasts as well.
Sugarhouses in the area include: Brower Road Sugar House, Gloversville. Fraisers Sugar Shack, St. Johnsville. Mud Road Sugar House, Ephratah. Nightengale’s Maple Farm, Amsterdam. Peaceful Valley Maple Farms, Johnstown.
