Join us for an hour and a half of Reiki, meditation and aromatherapy! The word “Reiki” is a Japanese compound of “rei,” meaning “higher power,” and “ke,” meaning “life force energy.” This is known as “universal life force energy”. This session will teach you to feel your own energy, indulge in self-awareness and simply breathe. You will also enjoy a relaxing guided meditation and make your own essential oil roll-on to enjoy for days to come.
