On Friday, November 3, the artists of Micropolis Cooperative Gallery will unveil a forest of individually designed and decorated trees. This will take place during a “Meet the Artists” reception between 5 & 7pm.
Each of the 12”, 18” and 24” trees will be one of a kind and available for purchase on a first come first served basis. In addition to these unique table top trees, a “Charlie Brown tree of ornaments” will be in the gallery for the holiday season.
The reception will also mark the opening of a new show of artwork by Micropolis artists. Work on display will include paintings, drawings, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, sculpture, jewelry, pottery and fine art cards.
The show runs through December at Micropolis, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville. The gallery, which is located inside Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market, is open seven days a week. (MON-FRI / 8AM-7PM — SAT / 8AM-5PM — SUN / 9AM-4PM)
