If you said yes to any of these, this workshop is for you!

This is a personal growth workshop with Creatively Fit Coach & artist, Heather Shalhoub. We will do writing and creativity exercises to get clarity on what changes you want to make in the new year and what you would like to bring more of into your life.

Heather will walk the group, step-by-step, through painting your own power symbol. First, we have fun and freely paint backgrounds with no pressure. Then, based on the activities we do, you can choose your power symbol for 2018 with the help of Heather. She will assist everyone in painting their own power symbol.

This power symbol will be a way to bring your intentions home to help you manifest and create change you want in your life. Images don’t have the baggage that words do so this is more powerful than setting an intention with just words.
