Originating in Japan, sushi is wildly popular, and it’s easier to make than you might think. Instructor Andrew Dench will show students how to make sushi with salmon and cream cheese, sushi with Teriyaki chicken and avocado, and spicy crab rolls. Students will get to sample the sensational sushi results. This class is suitable for chefs of all levels. The cost is $30 those who pre-register or $40 for walk-ins.
