This Supper in a Snap is exotic, delectable and easier to make than it looks! Join Andrew Dench as he teaches students how to prepare Thai peanut chicken salad tacos, or grilled chicken in a creamy peanut sauce with red peppers, served in a purple cabbage leaf. Then he will walk students through the main course: ginger soy marinated salmon wrapped in seaweed, served with quick and colorful stir fry veggies.
