Back by popular demand – Andrew has another sensational sushi class! Find out how to make dragon rolls with crumbed prawns, cucumbers and layers of avocado, served with Japanese mayonnaise. Students will also make sushi with teriyaki chicken and avocado, and chili crab rolls with toasted sesame. Bring your appetite, because you’ll get to sample the sensational sushi results.
