The Great Sacandaga Lake Fisheries Federation is holding its 20th Annual Summer Fishing Contest on Saturday, June 18 from 6:00am to 4:00pm.  There will be $1500 in cash prizes for the longest Bass, Walleye, or Trout.  Measuring station and awards presentation will take place at Sport Island Pub, 108 Riverside Boulevard in Northville.  Entry forms can be found on the GSLFF website, or at Sport Island Pub, Ross’ Bait Shop (Hagaman), Dave’s Bait and Tackle (Mayfield), LaPort’s Bait Shop (Edinburg), Jim’s Bait Shop (Mayfield), Frank’s Bait Shop (Vail Mills) and Fuel-N-Food (Mayfield).  Come fish this great Adirondack Lake and win some prizes while you’re at it!  Visit our website’s interactive calendar for details about amenities around the lake, or call us and we’ll send you a Great Sacandaga Lake map.
