The 2024 SVAN (Sacandaga Valley Arts Network) Art Trails is August 17 & 18, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Take the creative route to artists’ studios and galleries for an inside look at the conception and development of their art. You will find local artist studios and non-profit and small business galleries on this self-guided tour.  Visionary painters, sculptors, photographers, glass workers, fine crafters, woodworkers, and weavers will be present in their studios to discuss and demonstrate their artistic processes. Items will be available for purchase at each location.  For details, please see the SVAN Arts Facebook event “SVAN Art Trails 2024” or svanarts.org.  Maps are available at two SVAN Gallery locations: 303 S. Main St, Northville and the Fulton County Visitor Center in Vail Mills at the intersection of NYS Rt 29 30.  Maps can also be picked up at the Micropolis Gallery located in the Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market, at many businesses in the area, and at the artists’ locations.
