SPREAD THE WORD! The Sacandaga Market at the Hotel Broadalbin is back! Starting Tuesday, May 4th we will be hosting monthly markets. The market will be on the first and third Tuesday of every month from 4-7pm. From May – September.
In an effort to help other small businesses during these times, we have organized a great group of vendors to provide local goods to our community. #shopsmall #shoplocal
The hotel will be selling food and drinks market style!

Join us Friday, May 21st from 6:00 to 8:00PM for a fun-filled evening of socially distanced trivia! This will be OUTSIDE so please dress accordingly! (Note: there is a scheduled rain date for Saturday, May 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00PM.).

This event is hosted by our friends at Stump City Brewing (521 W Fulton St, Gloversville, NY 12078) and will benefit the animals at Fulton County Regional SPCA.. Only $25 per team to register.

We will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets and have for sale a selection of FCRSPCA apparel! Food will be available for purchase from Brynlee’s Smokehouse food truck!

To ensure the safety of everyone involved, the following guidelines MUST be observed at all times:
– Masks must be worn when not seated at your table.
– Team size is limited to 6 people max.
– A maximum of 14 teams will be admitted.
– Teams MUST pre-register. If you are not registered, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate.
– Participants must follow all safety guidelines set in place by Stump City while at the event.
– Have FUN!

On Thursday, May 26th at 6:30pm, “Service on the Home Front: Rationing During WWII” presented by Samantha Hall-Saladino, Executive Director of the Fulton County Historical Society will explore how the American people felt the effects of World War II long before they fought in it. When America entered the war after the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, it became clear that the creation of a nationwide mandatory rationing program would need to be created. Discover the ways Fulton County residents fulfilled this patriotic duty.
