What to Know for July 3 Fireworks Event!
As we approach the 4th of July holiday and our annual fireworks display on Wednesday, July 3, over Pine Lake, we have made some adjustments to our policies and procedures.
On July 3rd, the only entrance to the park will be the one by the office. We will open the gate by the laundromat for Resort Village customers.
Golf carts will not be allowed in the parking area/viewing area on July 3rd.
Bags and coolers are not allowed in the beach lot/viewing area/parking areas. Please do not set up lawn chairs in the viewing area until 6:30 PM.
Food and bar will be open starting at 5 PM on July 3rd. There will be a live classic rock band – DOUBLE TAP (in the Paradise) following the fireworks with NO COVER!!
All visitors on July 3rd will be charged $10 per car. There is no need to pre-register visitors. Each occupant of the vehicle will receive a wristband, which will allow them to walk up to the parking lot in front of the beach to view the fireworks.
It is important that all visitors wear their wristband so that our security staff can expedite admission. If a visitor does not have a wristband they will be charged $5 at the entrance – there are no exceptions.
Starting, Saturday, June 29th, all seasonal customers and their unmarried children residing with them can get a free wristband at the office until 4 PM on July 3rd. This will allow you and your children to access the parking area to view the fireworks. Please keep in mind that our security staff does not know you and if you are not wearing a wristband, you will be charged $5 to enter the viewing area. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to pick up other customers’ wristbands.
To ensure equal access for all customers, please limit the number of visitors on site to 2 vehicles. Extra parking will be available in the extra parking lot across from Adirondack Avenue.
If you plan to arrive on July 3rd, please be on premise by 5:30 PM. After 5:30 PM, the entrance to the park will be closed off and you will need to park in the large field. Please remember our parking staff does not know you, so if you do not have a wristband, you will be charged $10 for your vehicle – no exceptions.
Please plan to stay on the premises after 6 PM and for the duration of the fireworks show. With only one entrance it is very difficult to manage traffic flow when customers are trying to exit while others are trying to enter the park.
On Saturday, July 6th, we will have a journey tribute band with special guest stars. Additional information is available on our website. Presale tickets are available online beginning Wednesday June 26 for $15. Tickets will be $20 per person at the door.
ABSOLUTELY no fireworks are allowed anywhere in the park. If you are caught or reported to have used fireworks on the grounds, you will incur a $100 fine and will be subject to eviction.
