Join Chef Sal Mannino as he walks you through how to make a pizza. It’s easier than you might think! Students will learn the right way to knead dough and toss it into the air like a real pizza pro. They will also learn Sal’s secrets to adding the right amount of ingredients to make a pizza that will have everyone saying “Mamma Mia!” Bring your appetite, because after class you get to eat your creations! This class is for ages 13 to 103.
