Please join us for a special presentation and activity day at the Johnstown Colonial Cemetery on West Green Street.
As we continue to honor the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution we will be presenting a special tour of the cemetery focusing on revolutionary war heroes and participants and their stories.
In addition to the tour The Drumm House and gift shop will be open for visitation, the Johnstown Chapter of the DAR will be presenting information on cemetery etiquette and their role in erecting the cemetery’s iron gate, and we will have special guests teaching kids about their role in the war and offering lessons in musket drills.
We will also have carnations available for purchase to place on the graves of patriots.
Activities begin at 12pm
