Having traveled well beyond Japan, sushi is an immediate crowd pleaser. This class offers three popular variations found in the states; chicken teriyaki, deep-fried dragon Ttfu, and the ever popular chili crab. Students will get hands-on experience in the cooking, rolling methods, presentation and tasting of quality sushi they’ll be proud to make themselves at home.
