The New York State Snowmobile Association (NYSSA) is an organization of approximately 120,000 family members and 50+ business members supporting over 220 affiliated snowmobile clubs throughout the state. The NYSSA Snowmobile Webmap provides snowmobilers general information about snowmobiling in New York, and through this webmap, is intended to show trails as OPEN or CLOSED. The local snowmobile club volunteers will provide the detail of their trail status conditions and may include trail condition alerts. Not all clubs will participate in this effort; therefore this trail guide cannot be used for step-by-step directions as open trail conditions cannot be guaranteed.
